Listen, listen and listen again to the same audio file (2 times a day for one week, then you change the audio) so that the sentences and the intonation become automatic for you. You can freely download short conversations between English native speakers on your MP3 at www.elllo.org for example. Bring your MP3 everywhere… and seize every occasion to listen to it. At elllo.org you also have the transcript of the conversation to read it while listening for the first time. Good luck !
